Real Estate Gifts

Real estate is often an attractive asset to give. It can be given to WildAid in many ways, for example: outright or to fund a life income trust or charitable gift annuity. You may even give your main residence, vacation home, farm, or co-op apartment to WildAid now while retaining the right to live in and enjoy your property for life. Persons are advised to check with their accountants and/or financial advisors for individual tax benefits.
